Lexware Office interface for digital route planning and transport management
Many companies create their orders and delivery notes in Lexware Office.
However, the actual transport processing — route planning, dispatching, and mobile driver processing —often takes place outside the system.
This is exactly where we come in.
We have developed an import interface that allows orders from Lexware Office to be transferred directly to our transport management software logistocat for further processing.

The goal is complete integration
Currently, this is an import interface.
In the next step, we would like to work with practical users to define:
What feedback data is relevant for Lexware Office?
What status information should be played back?
Which process steps need to be synchronized?
The goal is a technically clean, resilient backend interface for complete integration.

Practical testers wanted
We are currently looking for selected companies that
Using Lexware Office productively
process your own transport orders
are ready to test the interface in live operation
provide structured feedback for further development
It is explicitly not about short-term sales, but about practical integration.
What does the interface enable?
With the current version, orders or delivery notes can be created from Lexware Office:
be included in the tour planning
be optimized manually or automatically
are provided as printable tour lists
be used for mobile processing on smartphones, tablets, or rugged devices
This creates a continuous process from order entry to digital feedback.
Who might find this interesting?
This solution is particularly aimed at:
- SMEs with their own vehicle fleet
- Companies with regular deliveries
- Companies with route planning or dispatching
- Lexware Office users interested in digitization
