Tour profiles: flexible from 1 to 14 days and more
- Create tour profiles for one to fourteen-day tours.
- Define parameters such as maximum duration, stops per day, rest periods or return to the depot.

Date selection in the map view
The date selection area in the map view can be used to display all orders for a specific period (e.g. September 5-10). These can then be assigned directly to the appropriate tours - quickly, clearly and efficiently.
- You select a date range (e.g. September 5 to 10) and all orders that fall within this period are displayed on the map.
- At the same time, tours can now be created (according to the selected tour profile) to which the displayed orders can be assigned manually or automatically.
- This allows you to see directly which orders are still open or what the distribution of tours looks like - and you can intervene in planning in a targeted manner.
- This means that you always have an overview of a multi-day tour structure and can make flexible adjustments - without cumbersome manual tracking over several days.
- Furthermore, if required, the accommodation options (hotel, guesthouse) stored in the logistocat system can be displayed and the corresponding tour can be planned.
Record tours & automatic customer notification
Once planning has been completed, tours can be fixed.
This means
- The planned structure is binding.
- Customers are automatically informed of their delivery time or delivery time window.
This creates transparency for customers and planning security for dispatchers.
Reverse tours flexibly
With logistocat, routes can also be reversed if necessary.
Example: A customer who was scheduled last wants an earlier delivery. Instead of rebuilding the entire route, the tour is simply run in the opposite order - as long as delivery dates are flexible within the date range.
Polygon planning: define regions & automated tours
Another strength of logistocat is polygon planning:
- Draw polygons in the map view to define regions (e.g. zip code areas or operational areas).
- Unscheduled orders are automatically assigned to the polygons.
- This can then be used to automatically generate tours - which you can adjust manually if necessary.
