Since April 2025, MWA Solutions GmbH has been a member of the innovation network ZENIT e.V. - a central platform for technology transfer, corporate cooperation and funding advice in North Rhine-Westphalia.

At the heart of our contribution to the network is the further development of our open software solution logistocat - a powerful, license-free transport management system (TMS) for small and medium-sized companies.

With logistocat, companies digitize and automate their entire transport processing - from order planning, integrated route planning and route optimization to real-time tracking.

A particular highlight is the fully integrated asset and maintenance management system (CMMS). It enables the resource-efficient combination of maintenance orders with transport routes - ideal for vehicle fleets, systems or machines with regular maintenance requirements. This allows our customers to benefit twice over: through reduced empty runs and optimized deployment planning.

Our approach: co-development instead of standard software
logistocat is deliberately designed as an open basic solution that can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. In close cooperation with partner companies, we develop specific modules, interfaces and functions - practical, scalable and eligible for research grants.

Through our membership of ZENIT e.V., we want to expand our network in a targeted manner - with companies that want to drive forward smart, digital solutions in logistics and maintenance. The focus is on topics such as digitalization in SMEs, sustainable transport solutions and efficient maintenance planning.
